Do two-story homes cost more?
Yes. Two-story homes require additional time and access, so they add $25/month to the base plan price.
What if my home is over 4,000 sq ft?
Homes over 4,000 sq ft may require a custom review before approval. We'll confirm pricing based on the size, access, and service needs of the home.
Can I cancel anytime?
Upkeepers is a 12-month membership designed to provide consistent, year-round home maintenance. You can cancel anytime, but your agreement runs for the full 12-month term. This ensures your home receives the full benefit of scheduled seasonal maintenance.
What if i need a real repair?
While our focus is preventative maintenance and minor fixes, if we find a larger issue (like a failing water heater or roof concern), we'll document it, explain your options, and can connect you with trusted specialists. Some plans also include discounts on additional work.
Do I have to be home?
For your first visit, yes — we'll walk you through your home and systems. After that, it's up to you. Many homeowners provide access via a garage code or lockbox so we can complete maintenance while they're away.
What's the difference between the plans?
Each plan is based on how often your home is maintained over a 12-month membership. Essential covers the basics on a less frequent schedule, Preferred includes more regular visits and deeper system checks, and Signature offers the most frequent service along with added perks like priority scheduling and additional care.
